This is the Tea Gardner-based deck I built in YGOPro. Like in the show and Capsule Monsters (Seiyaryu), her deck mostly includes weaker monsters but has Dark Magician, Dark Magician Girl, and Seiyaryu, as well as cards to power up or protect her monsters (Twin Twisters, Tribute to the Doomed, Dark Burning Magic, Mage Power, United We Stand, and the traps).

She hasn’t used a couple of these cards but I feel every card listed fits the theme of her few decks seen in the show. The extra deck, The Eye of Timaeus, and Polymerization can be optional if you want.

  2. I must admit that i’ve created her deck with cards like Fairy Archer, several equip spell cards to maha, Magician of faith, Solar Ray, Tenshin and other weak Lv2 monsters. It was more focused in Fairy monsters. I have the possibility to add some fusion monsters.

    We can make two decks.

  3. Yeah, I was thinking two different decks as well. This one is just, for the most part, based on the one she used in the Virtual World episodes with the addition of Seiyaryu from Capsule Monsters. I also tried to keep the theme of powering her monsters up by including Mage Power and United We Stand.

Twin Twisters is in the deck since she’s used Mystical Space Typhoon and Twin Twisters is a lot better than MST. (Quick play and destroys 2 spells/traps, plus helps get Electromagnetic Turtle in the Graveyard to support the theme of protecting her monsters from being destroyed.)

  4. The concept of a equip fairy deck is interesting.

The second deck can be more magician girl archetype.

  5. Actually what happened with getting Maha Vailo’s ATK to over 11,000 was with the Spellcaster/Dragon Tea Deck I made. It included cards like Mage Power, United We Stand, Elf’s Light, Maha Vailo, and Shining Friendship/other Fairy-Type monsters used by Tea though.

Though I did throw in Dark Magician Girl, Dark Magician, and Seiyaryu since she’s also used those, and I figured a level 6 and two level 7s wouldn’t hurt. I’ll post the deck list tomorrow if you’re interested.

  6. Yeah those cards are really helpful for the concept. You can publish the deck list but I will not update Téa Gardner in nexts days.

For now i’m making anna kaboom deck and after that Pegasus deck. Yugi is in some point hard because i must define the main differences between Yami yugi, Yugi muto, Arkana and even Tea Gardner. All those characters use DM archetype.

Please don’t misunderstand but I preffer waiting for the movie. We have time.

  7. Yeah, I understand. No problem.

And I’ve always looked at each of them this way, if this helps any.
Yami Yugi: Dark Magician / Buster Blader / Dragon and/or Fiend
Yugi Muto: Dark Magician / Gadget / Magnet Warrior
    Arkana: Dark Magician / Fiend
Tea: Dark Magician / Fairy / Dragon (well, just Seiyaryu)

Yami Yugi: OTK-style deck (with cards like Diffusion Wave-Motion, Gandora the Dragon of Destruction, Dark Paladin, and Excalibur and Pump-Up that double his monsters’ ATK)

Yugi Muto: Probably OTK as well, but nowhere near as much as Yami Yugi since all he has is Gandora/Silent Magician/Silent Swordsman/Buster Blader/Valkyrion the Magna Warrior to attempt an OTK. The rest of his monsters used in his own deck (except for Buster Blader, Silent Magician LV8, Silent Swordsman LV7, Valkyrion the Magna Warrior and Gandora the Dragon of Destruction) had lower ATK (1700 at the most) or lacked powerful abilities (besides Marshmallon).

Arkana: Probably something like Kaiba, except with elements of a burn deck because he used “Ectoplasmer” and less ability to swarm the field than Kaiba has (Dimension Fusion or Return from the Different Dimension).

Tea: Mostly a defensive deck, relying on Waboku, Tribute or Offerings to the Doomed, and Mirror Force to protect her monsters, until she can summon Dark Magician, Seiyaryu, or power up them/Maha Vailo/Dark Magician Girl with Mage Power/United We Stand.

  8. [Main Deck – 40]
    Monster Cards (18)
    Seiyaryu
    Dark Magician
    Gemini Elf
    Dark Witch
    Ancient Elf
    Fairy’s Gift
    Shining Friendship
    Petit Angel
    Happy Lover
    Dark Magician Girl
    Maha Vailo x2
    Witch of the Black Forest
    Fire Sorcerer
    Sangan
    Skelengel
    Old Vindictive Magician
    Magician of Faith x2

    Spell Cards (15)
    Dark Magic Attack
    Sage’s Stone
    Pot of Greed
    Graceful Charity
    Offerings to the Doomed
    Tribute to the Doomed
    Monster Reborn
    Twin Twisters
    Silver Bow and Arrow
    Elf’s Light
    United We Stand x2
    Magic Formula
    Mage Power x2

    Trap Cards (6)
    Waboku x3
    Michizure
    Mirror Force
    Negate Attack

Only cards I’m unsure about keeping in the deck is Fire Sorcerer because it might banish a useful card from your hand if its flip summoned, and you have no way of getting those cards back in this deck. I’m not sure what to replace it with though. This deck includes about every card that Tea’s used, plus gap fillers since her deck lists on the Yu-Gi-Oh wiki don’t add up to 40 cards.

I included Twin Twisters because she used Mystical Space Typhoon against Crump in the Virtual World episodes, so I figured I should add its upgraded counterpart.

  9. I just thought of something. You know how Yugi Muto used Red/Green/Yellow Gadget and Stronghold the Moving Fortress against Yami Yugi? I was thinking that could be the entire focus of one of his decks if you intend to have a separate post from Yami Yugi for his decks, with other monsters like Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon and Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Chimera that require the Gadget monsters as tributes to have powerful effects in addition to other cards from Yugi’s Silent Magician/Gadget deck that he used, like the Magnet Warriors.

I bought the Machine Value Box that came with an Ancient Gear Structure Deck, Cyber Dragon Structure Deck, and Machina Structure Deck, so I could see what I can throw together using cards from those, and Yugi Muto’s last deck, and do some testing to see what works.

It’d be mostly an Ancient Gear Gadget deck, but there would be some cards specific to Yugi like Marshmallon, Gandora X the Dragon of Destruction, and Silent Magicians if there’s room.

  10. Yami Yugi: Agree. I will put DM and BB, Chaos, and dragon Fusion (not sure about Gandora)

Yugi Muto: it’s curious that he uses spell counters. Also have the idea of Gandora, Magnet, SM and SS and Gadget. Also Gandora and some “toy” monsters can be include.

Arkana: Not only fiend but also a concept of a “Dark Circus”.

Téa: Fairy, DMG, and the concept of equip spell.

I’ve forget Dark Magician Girl: Her decks could be Legendary Dragon and the new Magician Girls cards.

  11. Yugi Muto: Yeah and maybe also Miracle Restoring if you decide to include Dark Magician + Skilled Dark Magician or Buster Blader + Skilled White Magician?

And for Gandora, I think Gandora X should be in place of the original. Gandora X isn’t sent to the Graveyard at the end of the turn and has a better chance of getting higher ATK power. (It’s power doesn’t rely on how many cards it destroys, just the ATK of the strongest monster it destroyed.)

I also had a strange thought for a Yugi deck (that I actually built) is an Ancient Gear Magnet Warrior Deck. It worked pretty well, the only problem was drawing the right cards when I needed them (if I didn’t have Marshmallon on the field to stall) against a deck based on Bonz that I built. (Of course, I did add a bit too many monster revival cards like The Shallow Grave to that deck.)

I can give you the deck list. You may have some ideas to increase the deck’s draw power and speed other than Pot of Greed, Graceful Charity, Gold Sarcophagus, Ties of the Brethren, Witch of the Black Forest, and Sangan (against faster decks like the one I mentioned in the last paragraph).
